    Magnetoimpulse treatment apparatuses

    These apparatuses are used for the fast-cutting and instrumental steel cutting tools' durability and heat resistance betterment. A metal-cutting tools like drills, reamers, multiflute drills, screw taps can be treated as well as woodworking tools. The tools durability is heightened from 1,3 to 3 times.

    Chamber electric current resistance ovens

    The chamber electric current resistance ovens are applied universally for metal thermal treatment, different materials' baking as well as laboratory testing.
    The chamber electric current resistance ovens /CECRO/ construction include metal frame with built-in heating chamber and door. The chamber is built from high-quality bricks with heating elements through open or closed assembly. The door can be opened conveniently.
    The CECRO management block is produced in a shape, which copy the ovens metal frame and is executed in three different forms:
    Form 1. - Through microprocessor programming unit.
    This microprocessor programming unit allow for nine programmes with nine programmable zones each.
    Form 2. - Through digital thermal regulator.
    The digital thermal regulator allow for manual smooth power regulation from 0 to maximum. The oven temperature is checked and controlled automatically by digital thermal regulator.
    Form 3. - Through ECPA type analogue thermal regulator.
    This allow manual or automatic smooth oven power regulation from 1?100%. The oven temperature is checked with digital thermal thermometer.
