 Deep boring machines
The deep boring machines bore deep holes with L > 5 D in rotating and prismatic parts. This treatment usually is very difficult due to the tools big length, their cooling and oiling and the chips difficult removal. The machines, produced on individual order, use army- or BTA drills technology, which bore or expand holes with length up to (80 - 100) D, H7 - H9 accuracy and the respective Ra 0,63 - 0,32 µm roughness.

 Abrasive-belt grinding machines
Machines and technologies for cylindrical surfaces with up to 60 mm abrasion were designed. The machines modular structure allow for consecutive uninterrupted non-centered parts treatment after two or three machines are connected. The developed polishing modules can be attached to the machines and can be used for pipes non-sized decoration treatment, aimed for the furniture industry.
Through these modules a very good results in the strengthened piston rod fine grinding and a very high roughness rate were achieved.
Abrasive-belt grinding machines for planes, used for polishing and rounding as well as cleaning after die-stamping can be produced upon receiving a customer order.
